Mesh Intercom™ Technology
Mesh Intercom™ offers the best communication solution for noisy industrial settings and rugged outdoor work sites. This proven technology enables instant, seamless communication without manual pairing, and can adapt to any application, allowing workers to perform at their best.
The Mesh Intercom communication network enables connections with a limitless number of people. When a user activates Mesh Intercom, they are immediately connected with other nearby users in the same Mesh network.
Users can connect automatically within a Mesh network, supporting both open multi-channel and closed group communication. Unlike Bluetooth Intercom, which requires sequential pairing, Mesh Intercom supports unlimited connections and dynamic networking.

Cast
The Cast headset provides hearing protection and effective communication capabilities in noisy and bustling work environments. Combines certified over-ear hearing protection with Sena's most functional jobsite communication features.
Two styles are available: over-the-head earmuffs with a noise reduction rating of 28 dB and integrated hardhat design with a rating of 23 dB.

- Can be worn as an over-the-head headset or mounted directly to a hard hat using the included safety hat mounting kits (supplied in two designs).

Ideal for small to mid-sized industrial settings that want to retrofit their existing headset inventory. Users can connect any other brand of general Bluetooth headsets to the Mesh network. or worksite with crystal clear clarity.

- Talk time is up to 8 hours with standby time of 250 hours.
- Open Mesh Intercom capabilities extend the range up to 3 km between a minimum of 6 users on one channel.
- Channels can be adjusted 1 to 9 in the MeshPort App to support larger teams at the worksite or on the shop floor.

Offers instant Mesh connectivity within a 1-mile range and auto-reconnect functionality for uninterrupted communication. The 33i is the industrial version of the 30K, fit for an industrial helmet with a longer boom microphone.
