- The Micro IV is part of any complete set of protective equipment for firefighters and workers in the mining, steelworking, refining and canal construction industries. Thanks to its sophisticated design and long operating time, the reliable single gas detector is suitable even for difficult conditions. The Micro IV monitors toxic gases, oxygen or hydrogen and warns its wearer with a visual and acoustic alarm. The data stored in the data logger can be read out conveniently using the infrared interface.

- Safety and operation: The Micro IV is certified for use in hazardous areas up to Ex zone 1. It is also protected against the ingress of water and dust according to protection class IP54. The robust ABS housing is triple-metallized and additionally protected against shocks and vibrations by optional covers made of rubberized polycarbonate. Its compact design, very low weight and the convenient carrying clip ensure optimal handling. The Micro IV is operated using three buttons and the backlit display.
- Alarm and battery life: Whenever a threshold is being exceeded, the Micro IV warns its wearer with a visual signal and loud horn (95 db(A)). A single Mignon battery will give it up to six month of operating time.
