1. Account Settings
Keep your personal information accurate and up to date in Account Settings. From here, you can:
- Edit your profile details – update your email address.
- Change your password – securely reset or update your login credentials.
- Manage subscriptions – opt in or out of marketing emails and account notifications.
2. Addresses
The Address Book stores all your shipping and billing details.
You can:
- View and switch addresses linked to your account.
- Add new shipping or billing addresses as needed.
- Select a default address to simplify checkout.
If you need to ship to a new location not listed in your account, contact [email protected] to request an address update.
3. Order History
Review your past orders anytime to keep track of your purchases.
You can:
- View orders details – including product names, quantities, prices, date, and shipping information.
- Check order status.
- Reorder past orders made by you or your team under the same account.
Your order history makes it easy to reorder frequently purchased items and keep accurate records.
