Mr. Rob Whitteker

Rob.WhittekerBased in Burlington Ontario, Robert Whitteker is President and Principal at Whitteker Legal Services. Robert is a member in good standing at the Law Society of Upper Canada and an associate member of the Ontario Bar Association’s Workers’ Compensation section.

He brings to his client’s twenty plus years of experience in areas concerning workers’ compensation and human rights in the workplace. Prior to establishing his practice, he enjoyed ten years in the public service sector employed at both the municipal and provincial levels of government. With his educational background in public administration and experience, he provides a solid understanding of the bureaucratic process, including the legal rights and responsibilities involved when developing successful strategies for his clients.

Robert’s practice focuses on matters relating to workers’ compensation and workplace human rights issues associated with disability and he has represented clients at all levels of appeal/hearings, including the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board, the Workplace Safety and Insurance Tribunal, the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario and the Canadian Human Rights Tribunal.



Mr. Jason Mandlowitz

Jason_MandlowitzJason Mandlowitz is President and Principal at Mandlowitz Consulting and Paralegal Services in London, Ontario. Jason brings thirty years of experience in the fields of workplace safety and insurance, occupational health and safety, absence management, and related human resource areas.

Jason is formerly Vice President of Consulting Services at Hicks Morley Hamilton Stewart Storie LLP. He served as the first Director of the Office of the Employer Advisor and as a Senior Director at the Workers’ Compensation Board with responsibility for stakeholder consultation and policy implementation.

Since 1993, Jason has provided consulting and paralegal services to private and public sector employers. Jason specializes in claims and financial issues management including WSIB audits, experience rating, and employer classification/registration, return to work and government advocacy.

Jason’s newest practice area is psychological health and safety where he advises employers on compliance with their legal obligations and the Mental Health Commission of Canada’s new voluntary standard. Jason now co-ordinates a 35-member employer Psychological Health and Safety Group in London, Ontario.
