FlexiGuard™ Access SyStems
Flexiguard™ is designed to meet the requirements of your specific application while ensuring maximum safety and peace of mind. Capital Safety has designed and built a wide variety of custom access products – including steel rolling ladders, work platforms, conveyor crossovers, fixed ladders – and the fall protection equipment to go with it. Now the design expertise in fall protection and access is available for general commercial/industrial custom designs/solutions.
Flexiguard™ Access Systems are ideal for workers who maintain and service equipment in the mass transit, aircraft, and mining industries. Additional applications include working at heights on barges, grain bins and rail cars. These mobile fall protection systems are a preferred solution when a permanent mounted system is not feasible or when only temporary fall protection is needed.

The C-Frame System is a versatile fall arrest solution for working at heights. It is designed to be moved manually or with the use of a towbar and service vehicle, and will require some clearance under the equipment being accessed to accommodate outriger support legs.These systems are ANSI, OSHA and CE compliant.
The A-Frame System provides a secure anchor point on a portable structure to give workers increased coverage and protection.Depending on the configuration, this system has the capacity to provide fall protection for up to two workers and can be easily moved from job site to job site, providing safe and reliable fall protection where you need it. These systems are ANSI, OSHA and CE compliant.
The Counterweighted System is designed as a portable solution to provide an overhead anchor point for multiple users while working at heights. These systems are designed to be counterbalanced by concrete or other means, allowing for close positioning to the work surface without obstructing the equipment being accessed. These systems are ANSI and OSHA compliant.
The Counterweighted Jib is a portable solution for indoor and outdoor maintenance where mobility and worker safety are key. These systems incorporate a 360° rotating jib with the capacity to provide fall protection for one person. Forklift pockets are strategically located on all four sides of the base to ensure ease of mobility and placement from job site to job site. The base also contains four heavy-duty lifting rings for transport by a crane. These systems are ANSI and OSHA compliant.
SafRig™ with Outrigger Base
The FlexiGuard™ SafRig™ with Outrigger Base is a portable solution for indoor and outdoor maintenance where mobility and worker safety are key. These systems incorporate a 360° rotating jib with the capacity to provide fall protection for one person. Forklift pockets are strategically located on the base to ensure ease of mobility and placement from job site to job site. The base is also designed to easily drive over, and the system does not require the weight of the vehicle as the anchor force for complete flexibility. These systems are OSHA compliant.
Hitch Mount Anchor System
The Hitch Mounted Anchor System is a portable system originally designed to access and maintain heavy mining equipment. The unique design of this system allows it to attach to a class three hitch for transport on a truck or service vehicle. Assembled in less than 20 minutes, this system provides anchorage points up to 22 feet tall. It is rated for a maximum of two users and is ANSI and OSHA compliant.
EMU™ Adjustable Height Jib
The FlexiGuard™ EMU™ Engineered Modular Unit is designed for easy adjustment and maximizing flexibility without sacrificing safety. The lightweight system allows for easy mobility around the job site with a pallet jack or forklift. With three adjustable height models and one fixed height version plus three mounting options, there is a configuration to fit virtually any need. All systems are rated for one person use and provide 360° mobility within the safe working radius from the Glide 360 Rail anchor point. These systems are OSHA compliant.

The versatility of these product solutions ensures end users can solve even the most complex of height safety problems in general industry, construction, facade access, building maintenance, as well as inspection tasks.
The Uni 8™ / evolution™ product line is well suited to modern building projects, refurbishments and can also be used for a wide range of industrial safety applications. This product line offers excellent functionality through it’s free flowing bypass capability and can navigate corners and contours in building designs.

Uni 8™ Overhead / evolution™
The Uni 8™ Overhead system meets the needs of transport and industrial customers including trucks, trains and aircraft, crane walkways and loading bays. This system also has applications in the entertainment and arena industry. The benefit of this system support heavy fall arrest and controlled rate descent devices, and ensures free and unhindered movement for workers when carrying out work at height.

The Uni 16™ system is perfect for special projects, refurbishments and a wide range of industrial safety applications. Minimal moving parts and high grade materials ensure long life expectancy and low cost of ownership. System can be fitted to many types of structures and can also support multiple workers for both fall arrest and work restraint applications.

The UniRail™ system consists of a high grade, extruded aluminum rail and is best suited to modern building projects; specifically internal and external facade access, inspection and maintenance, including walkways and suspended gantries. The system has also been used extensively for suspended access work by rope access technicians, as it meets the requirements of both abseil and fall protection standards. The system includes a free flowing carriage which is capable of navigating corners and contours in a building or structure to provide complete flexibility for the end user.

Sayfglida® is an advanced horizontal lifeline system available providing unrivaled levels of protection. The system utilizes a patented Sayflink® traveler that slides easily over intermediate anchorage brackets and around corner brackets with ease. The system can be installed above, with, or below the user. Total length is unlimited for ultimate versatility. This system allows a high strength, 12mm diameter, 7×7 stainless steel cable. With a breaking strength greater than 18,000 lbs. (80kN), the Sayfglida® cable displays optimum energy dissipation characteristics without compromising strength, wear and erosion requirements. It allows greater span distances between intermediates and it allows more users on the lifeline than competitive systems.
