The installation and design of a fire suppression system is a serious matter. After all, your company’s people, property and productivity are at stake. Levitt-Safety | Fire Protection Systems offers the expertise as well as the suppression products that emphasize our commitment to quality service and technical knowledge. For over six decades we have designed, installed, and maintained fire suppression to leading industry clients. We look forward to putting our experience in the following systems to work for you.
FM-200 Waterless Fire Protection Systems
Effective on Class A, B, and C fires, FM-200 extinguishes fires quickly through a combination of chemical and physical heat removal. FM-200 absorbs heat from the flame zone and interrupts the chemical chain reaction of the combustion process. The primary objective of an FM-200 system is to detect and extinguish a fire in its incipient stage long before smoke generation causes damage. As one of North America’s leading distributors of FM-200 systems, you can feel confident that the right system is designed for your application.
Inergen© Fire Suppression Systems
ANSUL® INERGEN® systems protect enclosed areas where there is a need for quick reaction to a fire, where people may be present, where fire may strike day or night, and where damage from conventional agents cannot be tolerated. This environment-friendly, people-safe agent boasts ZERO ozone depletion potential, ZERO global warming potential, and ZERO atmospheric lifetimes. As Canada’s first distributor of ANSUL® INERGEN® systems, you can count on Levitt Fire Protection Systems experience and competency.
3M Novec 1230 Fire Protection Fluid
Novec 1230 Fire Protection Fluid’s environmental profile, low toxicity characteristics and fire extinguishing performance make it a sustainable solution as a halon replacement alternative to HFCs.
This new clean agent has zero ozone depletion potential (ODP) and the lowest atmospheric lifetime for any halocarbon. Novec 1230 Fire Protection Fluid is made for the life of your system, so that it not only meets today’s regulations but those of the foreseeable future. We’ll show you how.
Carbon Dioxide Fire Suppression Systems
The original “clean” agent, carbon dioxide suppresses fire without leaving behind an agent to damage sensitive equipment. Carbon Dioxide (C02) gas has a high ratio of expansion which facilitates rapid discharge and allows for three dimensional penetration of the entire hazard area quickly. Due to the extreme density of the Carbon Dioxide, it quickly and effectively permeates the protected hazard area and suppresses the fire. Additionally, as there is no agent to clean up, you’re back in business faster.
The new N2 Towers Inc. Inert Gas Generator Fire Suppression System (IGFSS) is set to change the way the industry looks at clean-agent fire suppression systems. Utilizing newly patented technology the N2 Towers IGFSS is completely rechargeable on-site and requires no high-pressure cylinders, compressed gas liquids or discharge piping/nozzles. The system is also completely environmentally friendly.
