HSE and Levitt-Safety join forces to offer enhanced safety products and services to industry across Canada.

CALGARY, March 27 /CNW/ - HSE Integrated Ltd. ("HSE" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has entered into a non-binding Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") with Levitt-Safety Limited ("Levitt") through which HSE and Levitt will work together to offer the customers of both companies an enhanced safety products and services package from the locations of both companies across Canada.

Based in Oakville, Ontario, since it was founded in 1935 Levitt has been a leading national, independent supplier of a full range of industry safety and fire protection products and services to the resource sector (mining, forestry, oil and gas) and other industries. As an authorized sales and service representative for most of the major safety equipment manufacturers, Levitt supplies air breathing apparatus, fire prevention and suppression equipment and systems, fall arrest and high angle rescue equipment, gas detection equipment, first aid equipment, and a complete range of worker protection clothing and systems. Levitt has sales, distribution, and service centres from coast-to-coast.

In the past year, HSE has emerged as the leading Canadian supplier of
on-site portable safety services in the areas of breathing air, fire
protection and suppression, industrial first aid, remote worker
decontamination and safety training. While its roots are in the upstream
petroleum industry in Western Canada, HSE has recently expanded into
industrial safety services in Ontario, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick and
Michigan.

HSE and Levitt have seen the safety and worker protection needs of their
clients change and intend to work together to change with them. Traditionally,
customers have purchased their safety equipment from one company and their
safety services from another. HSE and Levitt believe customers would prefer to
single-source their industrial safety requirements, and the intention of the
MOU is to deliver this enhanced package across the country.

Levitt and HSE operate throughout Canada. By province, the geographic
footprint of the combined companies is as follows (Levitt locations identified
as "L" and HSE locations as "H"):

British Columbia: Kitimat (L), Richmond (L), Kamloops (L),
    Ft. St. John (H).

Alberta: Pincher Creek (H), Brooks (H), Calgary (L),
    Red Deer/Sylvan Lake (H), Edmonton (H&L), Fort McMurray (H&L),
Slave Lake (H), Whitecourt (H), Grande Prairie (H), High Level (H).

    Saskatchewan: Regina (L).

    Manitoba: Winnipeg (L).

Ontario: Thunder Bay (L), Sudbury (L), Sarnia (L&H), Windsor (H),
    Oakville (L), Ottawa (L).

    Quebec: Dorval (L).

New Brunswick: Moncton (L), Saint John (H).

    Nova Scotia: Dartmouth (H).

The intention of HSE and Levitt is to work together with all customers of
both companies on a location-by-location basis and determine how the combined
resources of both companies can best fulfill their needs.

The benefit for HSE will be a marketing presence for its safety services
in new areas and new industries. The benefit for Levitt will be the
opportunity to distribute products and provide after-sales service in more
locations in Western Canada's booming oil and gas industry and to give its
customers across Canada access to a broader range of services.

In major industrial locations like Sarnia or the booming oilsands
development surrounding Fort McMurray, HSE and Levitt believe they will have
an attractive package that will permit their clients to better focus on their
core operations of resource development and processing, and trust an
increasing portion of their safety commitment to leading industry experts.

David Yager, Chairman and CEO of HSE, had the following comments.
"As HSE has grown in the past two years a major component of the safety
business to which it had no exposure was being able to supply safety equipment
such as fixed fire suppression systems or breathing apparatus to major
industrial operations. When HSE created an industrial safety services division
last year to work outside of the oilfields of Western Canada, we created for
ourselves a daunting marketing challenge to reach Canada's large and diverse
resource and industrial customer base to determine in what areas we could be
of service. This relationship with Levitt will open doors in both these areas.
This will be an exciting growth opportunity for HSE".

Bruce Levitt, President and CEO of Levitt-Safety, offered his comments on
the relationship.
"Over our more than seventy years in business, Levitt-Safety has built up
strong relationships with a wide variety of customers across Canada. By
working with HSE, we will be able to offer those clients a broader suite of
services to address all their safety needs while also allowing HSE's customers
to benefit from the breadth and scope of our offering. This MOU will create a
powerful new force in the market that will better protect workers, managers,
fixed assets and ultimately the communities in which we live."

HSE is an integrated supplier of industrial Health, Safety and
Environmental services. From its head office in Calgary, Alberta HSE serves
its clients from field service locations in Alberta, British Columbia,
Ontario, Nova Scotia and Michigan. HSE trades on the TSX Venture Exchange
under the symbol "HSL".
